The JCPS IDEAFESTIVAL 2018

The JCPS IDEAFEST®   is an annual event mirroring the annual IDEAFESTIVAL®, a global public forum for development and open discussion of new and upcoming ideas from a diverse group of speakers. Participants take an active role in inquiry and conversation with the speakers on topics from emotion and technology to artistic fungi.

JCPS IDEAFEST seeks to extend this environment and forum format into an event more accessible by students and the general public. Session presentations by students keeps the event in touch with Manual’s active student body and the local community while addressing topics as eclectic and diverse as those of Louisville’s IDEAFESTIVAL® , and encouraging greater participation from students and the public in open discussion.
